TERMS & CONDITIONS (TERMS OF SERVICE)

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("the User") and Igna Ciorios ("Developer") concerning your use of the Plus Messenger: Chat Recover iOS application.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application, including its source code, databases, user interface designs, visual layouts, and logos, is owned and controlled by Igna Ciorios. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any portion of the app.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using the Application, you agree to comply with the following:

Legitimate Recovery: You will only use the recovery tools (Chat Recovery, Media/Doc/Links Recovery) to restore data that you have a legal right to access or recover.

Messaging Behavior: You will not use the Direct Send Message or Schedule Message features to transmit spam, unsolicited marketing material, bulk automated texts, or malicious content to any individual.

3. Functional Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Utility: The Application is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Data recovery depends entirely on the state of your device's notifications, local system backups, and specific iOS settings. The Developer does not guarantee a 100% successful recovery rate for every deleted message or media attachment.

Independent Status: This Application is a purely independent utility tool. It is not officially endorsed, certified, sponsored, maintained, or affiliated with any third-party messaging applications.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Igna Ciorios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, corrupted files, failed message schedules, or device malfunctions arising out of your use of the Application.

4. Support and Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate your access to the application or modify its features at any time without notice if these terms are violated.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

 Effective Date: May 2026 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("End User") and Igna Ciorios ("Licensor") for the use of Plus Messenger: Chat Recover on iOS devices. 1. Parties and Relationship to Apple Inc. Acknowledgment: This agreement is concluded solely between the End User and Igna Ciorios, and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, not Apple, is entirely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. Scope of License: The license granted to you is a non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products running iOS that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. 2.
