END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

 Effective Date: May 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("End User") and Igna Ciorios ("Licensor") for the use of Plus Messenger: Chat Recover on iOS devices.

1. Parties and Relationship to Apple Inc.

Acknowledgment: This agreement is concluded solely between the End User and Igna Ciorios, and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, not Apple, is entirely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

Scope of License: The license granted to you is a non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products running iOS that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Maintenance and Support

Igna Ciorios is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this Application. Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

3. Strict On-Device Conduct & Objectionable Content Policy

Apple requires absolute adherence to safety and content standards. Because this app handles messaging components (Direct Send Message and Schedule Message), the following rules apply strictly:

No Tolerance Policy: There is absolute zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You are strictly prohibited from using this app to craft, preview in Full Screen View, schedule, or send material that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or explicitly graphic.

Enforcement Actions: Any user found utilizing the Application to violate these community safety guidelines or generate harmful automated traffic will face immediate and permanent termination of their app license, with no liability to the Licensor.

4. Product Claims and Intellectual Property Rights

Product Claims: The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End User or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including product liability claims, legal non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.

Intellectual Property Protection: In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or the End User’s possession and use of that application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Igna Ciorios will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

5. Legal Compliance

The End User must represent and warrant that:

They are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country.

They are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

6. Third-Party Beneficiary

The End User acknowledges and agrees that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon the End User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against the End User as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
