1. Important Notice: Strict Local Privacy & Local Storage

Zero Server Tracking: The Application is built entirely on a decentralized local architecture. We do not own, operate, or maintain any cloud servers to store your personal data.

Local Processing Only: All functionalities—including building your All Recover Chat List, retrieving lost Text Messages (Sent and Received), extracting Media, Docs, & Links, and processing Scheduled Messages—take place completely on your local iOS device. No chat logs, attachments, or metrics are ever transmitted to us or any third party.

2. Device Permissions and Data Utilization

To perform its core utility features, the Application requires your explicit consent to access specific native iOS system systems. These permissions are used exclusively for on-device operations:

Notification Access & Device Backups: Essential for compiling the local chat recovery history (capturing text, audio notes, photos, videos, stickers, links, and documents) before they are cleared from your active notifications.

Photo Library & Files App Permissions: Required to let you save recovered photos/videos back to your iPhone, parse document formats, and provide the native Full Screen View experience.

Contacts Access: Used strictly to facilitate the Direct Send Message feature, allowing you to instantly type a custom number and initiate communication without saving them as a permanent contact.

3. Third-Party Analytics & SDKs

The Application may utilize Apple's native App Analytics or standard performance SDKs to collect anonymized technical diagnostics (such as crash logs, iOS version compatibility, and active device types). These diagnostics do not contain personal identifiable information (PII) or any message content.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates in compliance or iOS platform shifts. The "Effective Date" at the top will indicate when the latest revisions were made.
